Doctors, are tachycardia and palpitation same ? Or not it is different ? If it is different then what does palpitation mean ?

Hi im having chest pain left from more than 2months. Took ecg,2decho and tmt, all are normal. 2days back took the Troponin I and it is also negative. Please see the attached reports for more details. One day i felt like heavily lighted for cult dance session. From that day onwards not getting enough guts to workout(inner feeling like i may die whole doing the workouts). My wieght is 137kgs dropped from 153kgs. what are the tests needed to say that im fit for aerobic workouts like dance classes. Mainly feeling chest pain and discomfort after 6pm. Also please see the attached body image for your reference about the pains im getting daily. Cholestrol - Total = 235 Cholesterol - HDL = 54 Cholesterol LDL (Calculated) = 146 Cholesterol VLDL = 35 Triglycerides = 175 Please check and let me know if any other tests required to rule out.
