Statin : muscle pain , lethargy, weeknes

Asked for Male, 31 Years

Dear Sir/ ma'am I had chest pain and it's radiated to back side and left arm therefore i have done ECG . It's showing non specific t wave abnormality. Lipid profile LDL 139 rest all are normal Hb1ac 6.4 Physician started rosuvastatin 10 mg I am taking rosuvastatin 10 mg since 3 days. I am experiencing muscle pain leg and hand, weakness and fever like ( but on thermometer it's not fever) , lethargy. What to do sir ? Please guide me. Thank you sir

You can visit a cardiologist/ physician , get serum CPK-MB level. if CPK-MB elevated Umay have to stop rosuvastatin and look for alternative
