Left Ventricular atrophy
Abnormal R Wave progression and left Ventricular atrophy.. Dr I am 36 F.. Normal weight.. No health concerns as of now... Undergone ECg as a regular check up.. But I have costohondritis problem from few months... Is venti ular atrophy or abnormal R Wave is an serious issue.. Do I need to take any medications. Please guide. Thq. Attached ECg report

Is your blood pressure normal? High blood pressure is a common cause for left ventricular hypertrophy. You may exclude other causes by getting an Echo done.
