My sister has svt problem. Doctor prescribed metoprolol 50mg (slow release). When she taking this tablet her bpm goes to 48-52 while resting and 70 while walking. Is this normal. Does bpm 48 serious while taking metoprolol 50?

I am getting pain mostly back side of left upper area. Also it looks like sharp pain or something is hanging in chest on left front. Refer report and please suggest, 1. how serious it is 2. Can it be reversed by diet and exercise 3. What is life expectancy with this 4 . Should stop exercise or do with caution(what are those cautions i should take care of)

Hi Doctor, My lipid profile is as follows: Cholesterol toral, serum: 205.7mg/dl Triglycerides, serum: 97mg/dl Hdl cholesterol, serum: 38mg/dl Ldl cholesterol -direct, serum: 148mg/dl Vdl cholesterol, serum:19 mg/dl My hdl cholesterol is low and ldl is high. Is it dangerous, should i take medication?
