Palpatations

Asked for Male, 35 Years

Hi experts, I'm on metolar xr 25 earlier and bp was keeping around 140/90(max) and pulse around 60-70 all day but I feel my heartbeat all the time. If I'm sitting quietly I can feel them else not. Are these palpatations scary or is this normal? Thanks

The pulse and BP mentioned are okay. In case of intermittent palpitation right through the day, you need to check with a 24 hour Holter monitoring.
