My blood pressure is lower than normal value (110-116)/(68-75) and varying is it dangerous ? What to do ?

My cholesterol is 296 LDL is 194 HDL is 61.5 Triglycerides is 61.5 Do I need medicines? I'm 23 yo male

Respected doc I am.having dizzy like imbalance . unsteadiness.feels like always I am on boat.since 1 week..today I felt palpitations went to hospital.vitals are normal.bp is 130/80 pulse 90.saturation 98..no other medical issue.ecg taken . .but V6 graph not came properly.twice repeated in hospital it's self.finally third graph came.same V6 issue...my doctor said it's normal.she told me I am having anxiety..I asked can we repeat again.she said no need.whether stress makes thses issue.??. kindly look into my ecg graph which I attached...thanks in advance..

How frequent should I repeat ECG and ECHO, I did it last year and the report were normal. I am newly diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and its managed well. I also take 25mg Betablocker to manage BP. Both are managed and not been too high since last 3 months.

Can anyone please tell me the difference between cervical left arm pain and left arm pain due to heart? Because I'm getting a very dull,minor left arm pain that comes and goes..No other symptoms follow..No chest pain,no lightheadedness etc. Please help..

I am having left chest pain since last 5-6 days. The pain is not much but feeling uncomfortable. The pain is in back as well. I had full body checkup in aug last year, including ECG. Everything was normal. On pressing stomach, I feel pain in the stomach as well. I went to the doctor yesterday and he said no need to worry and gave me some medicines. It's been two days but still no improvement in the pain.
