High BP of 170
I had a left upper back pain from last week and left arm pain from last 2 days, so i consulted a local physician who checked my BP which was 110-170 so he asked me get RBS, CBC, blood urea, creatinine and ECG tests. All report were normal but according to Ecg Sinus rhythm, Borderline left Ventricular Hypertrophy suspected, kindly suggest.

Was your BP 110/70 or was it 170/110? The first is okay, the next is not, and requires antihypertensives. Left ventricular hypertrophy may occur with longstanding hypertension. Borderline means that it is on the lower side.
