Feeling chest pain left side
Age - 29, History - tuberculosis on 2018 with pleural thickness, covid - 2019, chewing tobacco since 2015 Symptoms - left side chest discomfort,  sometimes pain comes with stairs up and persist 1 hour. sometimes right, pain troubled one place to another, sometimes pain at upper left shoulder, sometimes left bicep, sometimes upper back pain, sometimes weakness, sometime dizzy spell and always face fear of died. Burping and nausea with stomach upset is also common. Sometime releived from burping. Ecg 3 time, echo and tmt are also normal. Hrct - pleural thickness with calcification on left side, usg abdomen - normal, serum calcium, potesium, hb1c, LFT, KFT are also normal, BP - 130/90, weight -84, height - 171cm Height, Weight HeightWeight5' 7" (170.18 cm)183 lbs (83.01 kg)

The pain is apparently musculoskeletal. You haven't mentioned your occupation. Or whether you work out for long hours. The HRCT findings are in line with your previous infections, namely TB and COVID. Stop tobacco chewing.
