Hi, I had left shoulder pain and slight numbness in hands after long travel. I checked with a doctor and he suggested ECG (attached). He said the QRS is 119ms and some other abnormalities, so told me to take an echo. In the screening echo, they said there is no PAH, No RWAH, LV systolic/diastolic function is fine EF 68% No clot or vegetation He concluded that my echo is fine and gave me some painkillers. I would like to know if the ECG is normal. Should I be worried about the QRS interval?

My son aged 2years 8 months recently having chronic  cough.while doctor checking with scethascope she told me that the baby is having heart murmer ... immediate 2D Echo was done .But 2D echo is normal done even done by 2 times.Does this cause any problem.Kind help me that this heart murmer will be any issue in future...what should I do?

When I go to sleep I hear heart beat (palpitations) I'm already done 10 months back 4 ECG ,2 ECHO 1 TMT all reports normal And chest pain I'm non smoker and non drinker Please help me

I am 27 years, male recently diagnosed with insulin resistance and diabetes 4 months back. I am obese male with sedentary lifestyle. I recently had 4 episodes of extremely heavy sweating, nausea, vomitting and chest pain. Everytime i rushed to emergency room. Doctors done my ECG, Trop T and CK-MB. ECG and trop T are normal but CK-MB showed levels 249. Doctor said there is a minor heart damage. I also underwent 2D echo, TMT, CT Coronary angio. These are normal. LVEF 60%. Calcium scroing is 0 in CT Coronary angio. But still i have symptoms like exertional dyspnea, wheezing and sweating also. Did i have heart attack?

I am 30 yr old male having a sedentary lifestyle. I can't sleep properly and feel fatigue most of the time. I get tired very easily like- running 200m only. I use to run 2km daily without any problem. Now it seems totally impossible. I am attaching my blood test report of Lipid profile. All the values are high. Suggest me some ways to control it. (Diet and exercise). Please reply. I am also feeling heaviness in my chest area most of the time.
