  4. Chest pain and upper back pain. Do next?

Chest pain and upper back pain
Ma'am/sir , I have pain in. My left chest hand sometimes pain also travel to right side of the chest..back pain is present in the upper side of the back Pain is there from last 5 days i had done my ECG recently attached please review . I also dignosed with IBS d (with pain)recently colonoscopy done comes normal What should I do next
