Mild aortic regurgitation
Is mild aortic regurgitation and degenerative aortic valve with I LV diastolic dysfunction and Adequate bi ventricular systolic function be treated  with medicine or does it requires some operation immediately?..she feels pressure in her left chest area whenever she does any work by bending and sometimes breathing problem occurs.What to do in this case?

Nothing to be done surgically to the aortic valve. Coronary Angiography to be done to rule out ischemic heart disease.
