Aorta and Exercise
Doctor said I have dilated Ascending Aorta 46mm. Advised to stay away from weight lifting type exercises and do brisk walking or medium  aerobic exercises. Is it really an issue . I am taking Concor 5mg.

It is an issue. You need to keep your blood pressure in check. And regular follow up to look for increase in size of the ascending aorta. You haven't attached your Echo report. Is there a leak in the aortic valve?
