Beta Blocker - Aorta Dilation
Is Bisoprolol or Metoprolol Extended release is the preferred Beta blocker in a hypertensive patient who is having an Ascending Aortic dilation of 46 mm ( in CT Aortogram ). I was taking Bisoprolol 2.5mg and the same is changed to Metolar XR 25 after finding aorta dilation.
