Hello doctor was having bit of shortness of breath and bloating stomach and little bit of tiredness and on and chest pain not sever it was mild chest pain so have taken ECG report is normal and went for endoscopy test because previously also I was having gastric problem so the result is iam having acid reflux was using tabs from yesterday for gastric but now I am getting left armpit pain is it related to heart attack really worried about this can you please let me know if this is serious. TIA

I am experiencing symptoms like heart attack i.e., chest tightness, profuse sweating, chest pain, nausea etc. That's why my angiography was done a month ago. It showed that coronary arteries are absolutely clear with 0% obstruction. But there is an evidence of Coronary Slow Flow in the angiography. My doctor has prescribed Ecosprin 75mg OD. Additionally he told me that my symptoms might be because of Microvascular and Endothelial Dysfunction. So my question is can this condition cause heart attack? If yes, then how much serious and severe attack may occur? Is it severe enough to cause death? What is the treatment of this condition???

Can I take roseday f10 as my cholesterol levels are high ? I too have fatty liver. Please suggest asap.
