My father age 65.he is having bp for the last one year having medicine telma 40.but today i check bp was 140/90 is its normal. Plz help me.

140/90 is definitely above normal which is 120/80. Preferably add Amlodipine 5 mg at a different time of the day to get 24 hour coverage alongside Telma 40.
