Low BP Problem
I am a 34 year old female. These days i am dealing with low BP with fatigue and dizziness. I went through all possible tests like sugar, ECG, cortisol serum but nothing came out. Apart from that am diabetic and taking metforim 250 twice a day. My question is.:- if my Bp is not increasing to the normal level (current bp 85/56) so, should I start taking medicines for BP?? IF YES then which medicine?

Plenty of fluids if your heart function is okay on Echocardiography. You have not mentioned your body weight. If it is too low, you need to eat well to increase your body weight. If you are anemic, you need to take oral Iron tablets.
