Dear Doctor, I have been having a difficult situation coping up with my Anxiety issue and upon consulting a Psychiatrist, I have been prescribed Nexiton LS tablet to be taken at night. I have started taking the medicine from the last 2 days but last two nights around midnight my Anxiety issue is elevating high. Yesterday I had tough time controlling my self and immediately rushed to near by Emergency and got my ECG done, attached is the ecg for your reference. The Doctor also performed Tropinine test and it was 1.4, and the report as well. Could you please help me understand my situation as it has been very difficult for me to be able to think normally.I always carry fear and anxiety. Thanks, Tejesh.

Iam experiencing faster heartbeats that is heart aspirations for the past one year. It has been occurs on and off consitently. While running my chest feel tight. I don't know the reason. Iam having faster heart beats with left arm pain also. I want to know the reason.

From past one month having difficulty in breathing, especially breathing out need force to breath out. Did ECG was normal. Also feel difficult some times to catch breath. Having vitamin deficiency of D and B12 taking medication for the same. Please help and suggest if something needs to be done.

Hi , I have done ECG , TMT and 2d echo . The TMT is negative and 2d echo is normal. But the ECG shows slight variations in T waves . Attached the ECG waves . Is this normal?

Hi. My diagnosis was non obstructive CAD with coronary slow flow.. What must have been the secondary cause for slow flow.? My lipid test, ECG, echo etc all come back normal. Is this related to microvascular dysfunction?

Hey doc, i am otherwise healthy with no problems. It's just that i have health related ocd for my heart for now (as told by pschiatrist)but the obsession changes and it's ruining my life. Does this anxiety (faceing for 8 months)really cause heart problems or is it just mind playing tricks on me? Every time i do the EKG , i get panic a lot. Sometimes EKG are fine and sometimes EKG are abnormal. My blood pressure is fine, my cholesterol is fine just have a little high ldl, i don't smoke, drink.

Minor ECG changes, Echo normal except for LVH. TMT 10.1 METS  negative for inducible ischemia. But Cardiologist prescribed Ecospirin AV 75/40. ( LDL 174, HDL 38, TG 208 ). Also taking medicines for hypertension since 10+ years. Kindly advice is Ecospirin AV essential , since no evidence of Coronary artery disease. My GP told only hypertension medicine Cilacar + Telmisartan and Rosuvasatin 5 is enough or seek a second cardiology opinion.

Suffering with anxiety ,some times high BP and done this ecg ,my doctor told me this is normal ecg ,but there is low t value showing in ecg , please anyone give clarity
