I have a feeling of very light vibration type when i laydown on bed its very but annoying I feel it on left side. it wont bother when i am busy or doing anything but when i am in silent room sometime i feel like light vibration. i had double vision and both mri and Myasthenia is negative but neuro said its myasthenia after futher study. Is it due this or any other cause

Is there a problem with this ecg report? I am just 27 and i have no symptoms related to heart, why would the ecg report show 'abnormal r wave progression early transition'

I recently had to undergo fibroadenoma surgery for which i got my cardiologist opinion prior to operation. In the report it had mentioned 'abnormal R wave progression early transition' But doctor had wrote normal and allowed me to undergo surgery. Should i worry about this??

Can you please look through the reports and tell if there's any blockage? What does positive test for ischemia means?

For last 4 months I have been suffering from left side chest pain, left hand pain that comes and go in multiple times for  every day almost. No breathing problem, no diziness no fatigue but as there is mild pain in chest and arms so i feel discomfort. I check my bp every day in Omron machine and bp all time is around 116/79 , heart rate is 96 around. I have shared my recent ecg also. Is ecg normal?

I keep getting chest tightness on and off for many months - especially originating from the neck and upper back. If I pull my arms behind and compress my back , get pain in chest. Don't get breathlessness but at times feel chest is hurting That apart I am a smoker for 24 years...quit 2 months back ..non drinker and  never consumed smokeless tobacco . I had done 3 heart tests in 3 months..Ecg and stress test in April..2d echo last week and troponin I test 4 days back, twice . All test negative Pulmonary function test done 2 weeks back showed 85 percent lung efficiency. Do I still need to do any angiography ? Could this be cardiac or non cardiac pain. No Diabetes or blood pressure yet. Hdl and Ldl were 30 percent off normal range. Cholesterol was 188 in test done in April end 2023. I am 43 years old male Pls advise

In the past 4 weeks, this is the third time she has had to be admitted. History: High BP, Diabetes, Swelling in left leg discoloration (blackish) Admission due to: Shortness of breath, Low SPO2, Loss of consciousness Incident 1: sugar >=300  Incident 2: After 7 days - Blood sugar 46, Unresponsive, Lungs have cough (PCO2 85), (ICU, On intermittent Ventilator + Oxygen Nasal Canula, Nebuliser), On day 2 she suffered a stroke or seizure like episode where she almost flatlined, ESR 135 Incident 3: After 4 days - Blood sugar >300, PCO2  normal (ICU again, intermittent Ventilator + Oxygen), There is dry cough still, ESR 120 Echo Tests show: 1 MID & APICAL SEPTUM, LV APEX, MID & APICAL ANTERIOR, MID & APICAL INFERIOR HYPOKINESIA 2 SEVERE LV SYSTOLIC DYSFUNCTION. LVEF 30% 3 MILD TO MODEERATE MR/TRIVIAL AR 4 MILD TR, PASP 43 MM HG 5 NO CLOTS/NO VEGETATION 1. Cause of repetitive episodes? 2. Course of action suggestion? 3. Transport to nearby big city possible via ambulance in her condition?

My ecg always shows some changes but echo was normal I have anxiety issues and chest discomfort Am in my menopause phase too

I had anxiety, my Doc advised for ecg and saw sone changes and advised an exercise echo In which mild Tr was diagnosed And trivial PR So was it Mild TR which was reflected in ecg What should I take care of in future
