Hi Doctor, my baby pda closure completed using device closure for 5 months baby, they discharged from hospital also but in report they mentioned device seen in situ- tiny intra device leak(+) What does its mean PDA is fully closed or what?

Sometimes I feel sharp pain in th le middle of chest which comes and goes hardly for 1 min. 2D echo and treadmill test was done but report was normal. Bloating is there and chest burn sometimes.

I m 55 years. From last few days i was having chest heaviness. So done ecg. Ecg showed lbbb. So we done echo and trop test. Both were normal. Should i be worried about the problem in ecg?

Is it possible that all your heart tests (echo, tmt, ECG) are absolutely normal but your heart could still be failing? I suffer from severe anxiety disorder, and I've done two rounds of the clinic, and each time I'm sent away with the advice that I'm stressed out. But my anxiety is unending -- it gets horribly worse at night to a point where I can't sleep, I feel like I can't breathe when I try to sleep, my heart is always racing, my chest feels tight, and I keep feeling an impending sense of doom. Today I woke up with a slight sore throat and I've read these are all signs of heart failure. Everyone is insisting I'll be fine since my tests (done last weekend) showed no abnormality. Could they be wrong? Is my heart failing?

Doc i take etizolam beta 0.25 My age is 35 years, it is raining continuously for the last few days, due to which I have seen blood pressure, blood pressure is 110/80, but the pulse has been checked since morning, it has remained around 58, 60, 64. Due to water, we are resting at home since morning, do not have to go anywhere I did not take medicine today due to low heart rate, is there any problem or is it normal, can I take medicine, my head is also feeling very heavy

Taking the following medicines regularly for hypertension. Efnocar 40 Telmisartan 40 Concor 2.5 But diastolic value of bp always 105+. Systolic is between 130-140. Is this an issue or can be ignored or is this normal for age 50+.

Other impressions are - All 4 cardiac valves are normal - IAS/IVS intact -Good RV systolic function - No PAH - No Pericardial pathology Normal sized RA LA and RV Hyperkinetic systolic function with EF of about 78.

Hello sir,I have a dog bite in my toes of the left leg sir I have take first vaccine within 24 hours then after that I have take 2nd vaccine after 3 days now i am not feeling well , felling a discomfort at my chest with a very mild fever and body pain sir is it is acute respiratory distress syndrome , sir if it is this then what is the reason it is due to virus or vaccine sir please give me a solution

Only while sleeping I am feeling palpitation in head chest and ears,but other then sleeping everything is alright,I have done ecg and 2d echo both got normal ,but because of this palpitations I'm unable to sleep ,what could be reason for this past 1week I am feeling this .

Whenever during early morning I suddenly get up from lying position to standing position to go to washroom as soon as I stand my heart feels like pounding and skipping a beat, it do get normal in few seconds to minutes. ECG and Echo 2D normal done in last December. What it could be?
