Dear Doctor,
Why perfusion index on pulse oximeter varies between 1 to 10, my all tests are normal and bp also normal.Please clarity my doubt, is it normal perfusion index 1 to 10??

Stiffness in neck , having CHB
I having CHB from childhood nothing made effect to me. Now I am having neck dtknesd. In 2000 Dr advised tab Unicontin 400. For increasing pulse. .I am taking it for one week or when I felt so.
I am now facing often stiffness in neck. Kindly advice

Dear Doctor,
I have a palpitations ,2 months back I done all tests like ECG,TMT,2D ECHO all are normal .
Doctor prescribed Metxl 12.5 daily once due to that my resting heart rate is 55 to 60, is that normal??.

Need advise for Gym
Hi Dr, I am a patient of hypertension taking bp medication as Betacap TR40, Thyronorm and Rozat5. Had previous history of palpitations and Holter found isolated vpc but nothing major. Can I go to gym to build some muscles. Please advise if I can do weight training and what should be safe heart rate for me while doing exercises.

Pain on left side while walking

But from last 2 days i have pain while walking but while i run there is not much pain

Resting heart rate in morning 6am
Somedays in In morning my sleeping heart rate is like 39- 45 And few nights my HR was 55-60 ...some time it's 53 in yesterday Today morning I'm going for running then heart rate goes upto 160.
Done ecg echo and tmt a are normal.
Im obesse guy 130kg
It's good or any problem with my heart please suggest me .

Echo test for Atrial Fibrillation
I was diagnosed with Atrial Fibrillation and Grave hyperthyroid 2 and half years ago.
