When I suddenly stand after sleeping during morning or midnight it feels my heart is pounding what could be tha cause?

Hello sir, I'm 19 years old and I had a small query about cardiovascular diseases running in my family My grandfather ( my father dad ) had a heart attack at 51 and died due to the fact that his brother is diabetic and also died from a heart attack at 60 .my grandmother (my father's mother) is completely healthy and dad and his brother and sisters are completely healthy they are in their 50's my mother's father and mother are completely healthy and my great grandfather (parents of my mother's father) and great grandmother  are also completely healthy in their 80's. My mom is also completely healthy

What are those irregular heartbeats which are neither tachycardia nor bradycardia and falls under 60 to 100 ? And are they malignant for SCA ?

Hi sir my heart beat is 90bpm, I don't have sweating or not tired but I can feel my heart beating it's kinda Palipalation, I don't have much pain, but my left shoulder kinda pulls , I have anxiety is it because of anxiety or any heart issue, I have done TMT Echo and ECG 8months back everything was normal
