Heart Problems & Remedies

From past 2 weeks i had acidity having burning in middle of the chest and pain in left arm and jawline feeling like toothache. I had treatment and felt better but still i am having pain in the lower left chest and the pain radiating from left arm shoulder in jaw through neck Doctor asked me to have an ecg and 2d echo. Ecg came out normal and 2d echo everything is normal expect my valves is MILD TR and MILD MR. Please let me know whats goin on i am still having pinch like pain in middle of chest and pain in left shoulder, neck and jawline, I am also having wet burping after i eat and feels like something stuck in my throat.

My mother 50 years old had a discomfort in chest middle so doctor suggested to do ECG and I have done ECG and can you tel me whether there is a problem or she is normal and the report is given below

I have high anxiety, got heart palpatation in July month, started taking medicine for anxiety ...BP was normal now recently, in August just 5-6 days back i started to feel bit pain near heart area, or at heart, or chest area...and my bp is about 140, i still have anxiety & pulse rate of 100 - its not like i always feel anxious but it does get triggered sometimes.. what am more concerned about is my heart, .. is the pain in my heart due to high bp? , will the pain stop, once my anxiety issue gets solved (hence also my bp will become normal) ?

I have high anxiety, started medecines last month... (July) then my BP was normal and i had no chest pain or heart pain.. Now in august.. my anxiety is still there.. but now my bp has gone up 140.. and now am having pain (like someone is poking ) kind of pain..near chest area, sometimes near heart.. Is it due to high bp? Will my heart pain will go as my BP gets normal? Or is it something else.. please Sir/Mam.. anyone. Tell me what it is..

How much should a person exercise or walk to reduce the resting heart rate and by when can you see the results. Also will it affect if the person is already on beta blockers for anxiety? Kindly help

I did my annual health check up. My ecg report says 'Low voltage complexes, sinus rhythm' All blood reports including Hb1AC, lipid profile are within normal range. 2D echo test report is also normal. What does this ecg finding mean?
