Heart Problems & Remedies

I was having pinching nerve pain in or around my chest area which came and went...so I went for echo and ECG both were normal...then I got tested for cholesterol..my levels are total C-216, ldl-150, hdl-44 and triglycerides 241...is it too high? Do I need medication or just diet control and exercise are enough?

I am attaching ECG report of my father.. He has lot of swelling in his feet especially left one from past 2-3 months so we got ecg done.. Please guide what the report suggests and is it a matter of worry.. Thank you in advance.

My echo difference in with in one month in first echo no MR tr but second time echo has mild mr tr , is this normal ??pless solution

Dear Sir, I have Omron Home BP Monitor and i measure my BP on regular basis. I follow the protocol suggested by AHA to measure BP like on bare upper arm, legs uncrossed, back well supported, arm resting at a table at chest height etc All my day BP readings are normal but  somebody told me to measure BP at night also. Yesterday i measured BP at night for 2 hrs from 1:00 AM to 3:00 AM . The average time gap between 2 readings was 5 minutes. Please see the BP readings that i took at night yesterday ATTACHED HEREWITH. Please let me know are these readings normal for night. Also the pulse is mentioned in the bracket. Thank you for your help in advance. Please advise. Regards

My Lipoprotein A is 85.3. But I was told my lipid profile is okay. I take Rosuvatatin 10mg daily. I also had coronary angiogram 6 months back which said normal coronaries but have myocardial bridge in mid LAD.

I had left side chest pain and arm pain with nausea last night. I went for ECG today morning (though pain was not in the morning)and HS Trop I. Reports are attached. It says normal. I want to ask whether this can be unstable angina and can ECG detect unstable angina ?
