Hello Doctor My Son Is Little Overweight He Is 17 years old height is 6ft he want to join the gym. Before joining the Gym our Doctor suggested to do a ECG to determine Heart Health. Is he fit for Gym?

Hello Doctor, My father is having High BP and Type 2 diabetes. He also got angioplasty done last year. Now his total cholesterol is under control but HDL is 37 and Triglycerides is 162. Please suggest what can we do to increase HDL levels.

My HsCRP is 4.58 and my ldl cholesterol is 130 and total cholesterol is 196 and hdl 46. What should I do. Is it serious problem or not. And how to treat it .
