Good morning doctors, Just came through a doctor's article that states that women with pcos have higher risk of heart attack than those that do not have pcos. How much of this is true and can I get heart attack/cardiac arrest in this age? What are the chances? Also, I am a pcos patient.

Hi Dr I Have Blood Pressure And Sinus Thachyardia With Anxiety My Cardiologist And Neurologist Suggested Me To TAKE TELMISARTAN 40 MG OD And PROPANOLOL HC LONG ACTING 40 MG AT A TIME BUT AFTER TAKING THIS TWO TABLETS AT A TIME IM FEELING VERY LOW AND Blurry eyes unable to work as I use to work activily my lipid profile is WNL and ecg as wel 2d echo I'm here posting my request is there any other  anxiety tablet for anxiety please do suggest me as my doctor is on Vacation As Well When I feel dizzy ent doctor suggested me to take Vertin 16 mg Thrice in a day but still I'm feeling week and dizzy unable to concentrate on my work I hope you understand my situation I hope you will give me a better advice. Please do advise me in this regards Thanks In Advance 🙏.

My tmt test is negative but Echo shows diastolic dysfunction grade 1, doctor said nothing to worry but am having fear of fast walk Run and other physical activities coz i think that will cause heart problems. Kindly help me out..my age is 35 male..
