Suddenly from. 1 week iam getting sharp needle pin like pain in my left arm it's not regular but occasionally what is the cause iam scared

I am having tightness and mild pain in upper chest area for past 2 days. It gets worse with any movement or exercise but stays with rest as well. I got ecg done today, doctor said its normal with few abnormalities which are not related. Could tou please advise on the same.

Hello sir my baby had PDA of 3mm , he is 5 months old and the PDA has been closed successfully by PDA device closure. It's been 5 days of PDA closure but still he is sweating while breastfeeding... Dont know what to do..
