Hello Dr. I took 2 ecgs today... Both are different as per my gp.. I have stomach problem too.. Does this ecg requires any further investigation.. Attached 2 ecg

Hii Dr Adarsh here today night I feel severe shortness of breath and my heart is racing very fast due to this I didn't sleep to night in the morning I went for mornig walk now feel little bit pain in left chest shoulder discomfort and heavyness also feel anxiety I am very scared due to this can you please suggest me as I feel helplessness and worried about heart attack. Test ECG-normal Cbc-normal Thyroid-normal Blood sugar-normal Urine test-normal

Did some checkups (ECG,CBC,Chest Xray,Eye checkup, Blood pressure) for medical fitness certificate required for document verification.. Everything comes within normal limit.... except ECG showing Left Anterior Hemiblock.... Is it a serious issue? Will they give me fitness certificate? Report attached- ECG

I played table tennis for 20-25 mins yesterday after 2-3 years. I don't generally have a workout just probably a walk of Hardly 1 km. After playing game I heart beat remain elevated for couple of hours around 100-120 sometimes reaching to 145 then coming back 110. I also had weakness in hands and legs and generalised weakness and anxiety. My oxygen levels remained intact at 98. I took concor 2.5 mg and slept in the morning I had HR of 70-75 but was feeling weak. But just 15 mins back I feel dizzy and my HR raises to 145 then came back to around 80-90 still in this bracket. Am I having any episode of ventricular tachycardia or what ? I am very afraid. I had coronary angiography in the past it was normal only myocardial bridge in mid LAD ? Should I be afraid of impending cardiac arrest or is it just a sinus tachycardia?

Last week my blood pressure was 160/100 doc prescribed me tab amlovas 5 at morning ,Concor 5 and lipagyln at night.... today my BP is 130/90 My ecg shows sinus rhythm , LvH criteria noted and rsr pattern in v1.. is there any serious issue with my heart Attached my ecg report. Can someone have an irregular heartbeat even when the heart beat is 85. ( no tachycardia) I checked my BP. Reading was 121/72 but pulse meter blinking irregular heartbeat even though it is 85. What are these kinds of irregular heartbeats? Are they dangerous

I have been feeling strong pulse in many parts including neck hands stomach etc. and having pounding heart beat every day night. I couldn't sleep because of this. I have IRBBB, ST T wave abnormality in ECG IN 2D echo normal MVP with trivial regurgitation TMT was normal BP - 130/80 Cholesterol with in limits Doctor suggested no cardiac intervention required and said it's because of anxiety but these symptoms aren't going away and I feel them every day strongly during night and can't sleep for the last 1 year. Is there any other diagnosis for this? How to get rid of these symptoms? Attaching the ECG as well. Please help me understand the abnormalities in ECG.
