Hii Dr my self adarsh kumar I am worried all time about heart attack there is pain in my left chest I done twice ecg which is normal but due to eccessive of woory and fear I filled like heart attack anxiety pelptation chest haviness and chest discomfort neck and hand discomfort breathlessness can you please suggest how to get rid out of it as it is happemprring my daily lifestyle and . Thyroid-normal Blood sugar-normal Cbc-normal Urine test -normal Ecg-normal

I m 41 year old.having pinching pain in left side chest sometimes in middle n upper CHEST.SUFFERING FROM GERD SINCE 2022.TAKING RABIUM PLUS EMPTY STOMACH, ACOGUT100 TWICE BEFORE FOOD. METPURE XL 12.5 AND LIBRAX AT NIGHT AFTER DINNER. BP 130/80 sugar fasting 93 Hb1ac 5.5 Total cholesterol 128 Ldl 77 Hdl 53 Triglycerides 112 Lipoprotein 18.35mg Creatinine 1.02 surviving with single kidney since 2009. Urea 18 Calcium 9 Hemoglobin 8.4 Eco ecg normal Done tmt which was false positive. Done 7minutes exercise without stopping or chest pain.then done angiography which is normal report attached pls tell me why I m having this pain

I have recently had my health checkup and my ldl has decreased since a year back from 150 to 130 and hdl has increased but triglycerides has also increased from 250 to 306 do i need medication for it?
