Heart Problems & Remedies

I use smartwatch. Most of the time my bp under 120-80 but from few days whenever I walk or do some simple exercises or stressed it shoot up to 141. In some time it comes back  125-70. Am I hypertensive ? Do I need to take medication for high bp ? My TMT and 2d echo test area normal. Only ecg shows some baseline abnormalities.

Kindly see the report and tell me whether it's normal or not..Also,if it is not normal,what needs to be done for that..

I have gastritis problem from 6 months today I'm getting needle pinch pain in my left arm and chest sometimes is it heart related.

Whenever I measure blood pressure, I am always anxious it gives reading 150 or 160 / 90. When I measure blood pressure from my family doctor it is always high as I am anxious. Then I take deep breaths and reading comes down after 5 minutes as 130/80. Is this a concern as I am not feeling any symptoms.

My ecg shows findings. I had little discomfort in the left side chest. Echo results normal. Is there anything serious in the ecg? Should I need to be worried? Please advise. Bp 190/125.

Is the "IAS echo drop out with no shunt across" is normal in below 2d echo impressions? Also LVFS is 35% and LVEF is 65% . Is this normal?   Impressions: NORMAL CHAMBER DIMENSIONS. NORMAL VALVES,INTACT SEPTAE,IAS ECHO DROP OUT WITH NO SHUNT ACROSS. NO RWMA AT REST NO VEG/PE ,THROMBOSIS. NO MR/PR/TR/AR. NORMAL RESTING LV FUNCTION EF - 65%.

Can anyone analyse the attached CT calcium score results and provide me what I could do next.. What is the risk

I have been taking concor 2.5 mg for my heartbeat since 2-3 months as prescribed for my myocardial bridge in LAD. I had my holter 15 days back which has sinus tachycardia and otherwise normal but Max QTC was 536 when my HR was 124. Couple of days back I had an ECG which was normal but my QTC was 463. Today morning when I was resting my HR was around 55-60 though there were no difficulties as such but I felt panicked so I went for ECG. I had 2 ECGs in the span of 15 mins. First ECG has QTC 310 and second ECG has QTC 432. Please tell me if both the ECGs are normal? Why fluctuating QTC ? Is it okay to have resting HR of 55-60 even when I'm a patient of sinus tachycardia?

I had holter 10 days back and once it showed QTC 536 which I read is very high which happened at HR 124. I have had QTC around 450-465 previously then why it shoot so high. Makes me very panic about cardiac arrest.
