I have mild concentric lvh i have no other bp issue i have cholestrol on higher side & so as the stress level . Is mild lvh  serious?

I have been taking metoprolol for long for my heartbeat and PACs but today few minutes after taking that I am having itchiness and pins and needles and still going on on and off for last 3 hours apart from that no other allergic symptoms?
