After taking corbis 2.5 and enam 2.5 bp diastolic still not lowering...130/90 or 120/90 stays...why these happen...

I had ECGs and trop I in the morning but since then I am having chest pain, rapid pulse and headache while walking (not even brisk) when I take rest I feel okay. And My HR is normal. I take concor 2.5 mg. Previously I had coronary angiography 5-6 months back which was normal except myocardial bridge. Am I having angina or heart attack ? I have attached my today's ECG.
