He'llo sir My 2d echo report says "prominent anterior epicardial fat pad noted" what does it means please tell me

I have marfan habitus mild mitral valve prolapse doctor prescribed cipla la 20 mg for heart palpitations and tell me to eat only while heart beating fast but after using cipla la 20 mg I have terrible gastric problem on left side of the chest so i usen pantocid and antacid still not cured is there any new problem.And is safe to use cipla la 20mg for more than 10 to 20 years

Iam experiencing cheat pain with left arm and shoulder blade pain for the past one year . While iam watching video I got restlessness and having these symptoms. First heartbeat gets faster and then left arm pain occurs. In between shoulder blade pain also occurs . It occurs like a pressure in shoulder. I don't know do you think it is a heart attack . Iam getting this consitently for the past one year. I want to know the reason

I have high colestrol for the past 4..5 month..dr prescribe me avas 20 and finate 160..my cholestrol level is in normal... After stoping for 20 days my cholestrol level high again.. After taking one month level came to normal but ldl cholestrol low 54... And Dr reduce to 10 mg i am testing today ldl rise to 66 I am little bit confuse when medicine stop my all cholestrol level  high after taking medicine again low happen pliz suggest me right dose I am uploading my two report...

I had done a lipid profile test and ecg (reports attached) for an insurance. But the insurance got cancelled, reason being elevated lipid profile and LVH in ECG. Is there anything serious?
