Greetings sir I have one doubt sir plz guide me 1st echocardiogram done in radiologist he write report MVP TRIVIAL MR I'm going another cardiologist doctor 2D ECHO done directly scan doctor he says all are normal what is the different between radiologist and cardiologist

I have been feeling strong pulse in many parts including neck hands stomach etc. and having pounding heart beat every day night. I couldn't sleep because of this. I have IRBBB, ST T wave abnormality in ECG IN 2D echo normal MVP with trivial regurgitation TMT was normal BP - 130/80 Cholesterol with in limits Doctor suggested no cardiac intervention required and said it's because of anxiety but these symptoms aren't going away and I feel them every day strongly during night and can't sleep for the last 1 year. Is there any other diagnosis for this? How to get rid of these symptoms? Attaching the ECG as well. Please help me understand the abnormalities in ECG.

I am really scared of many youngsters losing their life due to heart attack, my family has a history of heart disease ,like my great grandfather, grandfather, although my parents are very healthy and responsible regarding their health . But I want to keep myself healthy throughout my whole life without any heart and diabetes problems I already left sugar 2 years back as I was trying to make my skin good and it was causing severe acne What else can I do to have a healthy body throughout the whole life and what else should I do apart from exercise

What is the heart rate in ventricular tachycardia and Ventricular fibrillation? I have heard it can reach over 150-200 ?

I played table tennis for 20-25 mins and after that my heart beat remains in the bracket of 100-120 for couple of hours. Is it normal? I don't workout at all and it is after 2-3 years I played a sport. Now My HR is normalised it's 70-75

Hlo. Request you to look at the ECG. Add some symptoms like chest pain and acidity in the afternoon and in the evening consulted my family doctor. She did this ECG and said that the ECG appears normal but in one lead I.e lead III The city has some T wave abnormality. Do it is non-specific but it would be better if I get the ECG checked with the cardiologist. So attaching these pictures! Please look at it especially III n V3.

I am teetotaller & non smoker undergone By pass surgery 1 year ago, currently doing fine, and is medication & routine check up. Except for HDL all my lipid profile parameters are within desired range. My cholesterol HDL ratio is 3.84( should be 3.5 or less) , why my HDL is not improving inspite of stating intake, exercise and zero junk foods?
