My LDL is 169, HDL is 46, total cholesterol is 237. non HDL cholesterol is 191. Triglycerides 88, VLDL is 17. If I follow strict diet and lifestyle modification can it be managed to bring down to normal or considerably optimal level.

Hello dear doctors I have done lipid profile last month it's values are elevated Even after working out and on stirct diet lost 18kgs from past 8 months regular workout and restricted diet plan but still values are high 3 months ago  also my values are elevated my mother also had high cholesterol and she is on medication also I consulted local doctor he prescribed me rosubest 10mg for 4 months it's hereditary and I need to start this medication kindly respond me I m attaching my reports...

I constantly fear of heart attack and always think it's a problem. After hearing latest news, it is increasing alot. Putting me in depression and anxiety.

I take Atrova 10 for cholesterol. I have forgotten my dose for one day. Is there too much to worry about? Or can I continue taking it from tomorrow again?

Hi Dr. What could be the reason for ectopics.. It been for year... Not sure what is the reason.. Took 2d echo.. Volter.. Dr said all normal just ectopics.. It sometimes annoying me.. Thyroid.. Vitamins all normal.. Kindly help

Hello, My father got his angioplasty done on 29th June. From last 4-5 days, he is experiencing shortness of breath after climbing stairs (didn't experienced shortness of breath before). Our next appointment with the doctor is on 26th August. Should we wait till then or is it better to visit doctor now. Suggestions would be appreciated
