Hi i am 22 years old took ecg mentioned prolobed sinus tarchyadia and st junctional depression is nonspecific,borderline ecg is my report serious attaching below

For medical fitness test ...today my bp show was 140/90 and heart beat sinus tachycardia....they told me for 2d echo...they ask me to come tomorrow what should i do now

ECG report heart beat is 120 but echo reporter is normal no medication.But every now and then it feels like it is difficult to breathe and there is something wrong why is the doctor coming like this.I don't know how hard it is to breathe when I'm talking to someone I don't even know why I feel this way when I'm alone..

Hi Doctor, For some days, I have been feeling anxious and having sweating. I have been diagnosed with anxiety since 2 years. My medication has been stopped for same 6 months back. Last month I had feeling pain left side and had shown to cardiologist, he taken ecg reports which were normal. He said it's anexity and suggested for yoga and pranayum. But since 2 weeks I facing heart palpation and left side pain. It comes and go. Have shown to general physicians and he has given me vanxit. I have done 5 ecg and 2 2decho and 1 tmt last year Which was normal. Should I repat the test again or it's just and anexity again.

Recently I went for an annual health checkup. My all cardiac markers are in normal range. Total cholesterol is 122 HDL cholesterol is 37 LDL cholesterol is 110 Triglycerides level is 165 2d echo is normal. TMT test is negative I have also done calcium cardiac scoring test and the score is 0. Should I worry about heart issues? I don't find any issues while walking at a brisk pace, but sometimes I feel chest pain but doctors say it is not heart related. I am 38 years old. Is Calcium Cardiac score relevant at this age? Kindly help
