Heart Problems & Remedies

I have pain in my chest, right arm, right side of the neck and shoulder since 3 days. I also have difficulty in breathing. Heavy breathing.

I'm 31 years Male , Suffering from Irregular heart beat at night for 10years , , always I feel strong and irregular heartbeat at night, Chest pressure , ECG Shows *Sinus Techy cardiac *Larged Ptfv1 *Short PR interval Is that life threatening?

My son born on 14.08.2023 (6 days old) has a VSD of 4 mm and ASD of 7 mm. All the pre delivery reports were perfectly fine. Do we need to worry? If yes, then what do we need to do? He has G6PD deficiency (qualitative).

My mother is diabetic and high BP. She is using ecosprin gold and telma 20 and diabetic medicine for the last 12 months. Recently my mother visited the hospital for cardio  followup and reduced the dose of ecosprin gold to Ecosprin AV 75/10 per day 1 and he prescribed Pregablin 75mg per day 1 for neuropathic pain. From 3 days onwards she is 1. feeling very tired 2. unable to climb a few steps of stairs after that she felling tired 3. Her face and hands swelling 4. Sometimes phlegm is coming as semi solid from mouth and telling that some thing is there in throat 5. She is feeling headache and unable to sleep properly Today we went to the general physician He said the heart beat is very less around as low as 40-47 and BP around 160/89. I am today ECG report of her along with previous  angiogram and echo report taken 6 month back. Please tell me anything serious

Sudden clicking sound or strong beat in center chest when slept on right side in the morning which felt like shock for fraction of second in upper body. So done ecg after few hours.. pls check ecg attached Already, 4 Echo in one year - April 2023 - Normal TEE April 2023 - Normal Holter - Normal 2Tmt - Last August 2022 CT Calcium Score Scan (No Angiography) - Zero

Can anyone clear my doubt , from past 3 days I'm observing my heart rate with Apple Watch , my weight is 133kgs , currently I'm on weight loss diet like intermittent fasting ,my doubt is that in the night my heart rate is around 52-70 ,but during day time its always 70-90 while sedentary,if I stand it goes to 110+ but 2 mintues of stand it comes to 90-100, while walk bit 100-200 mts its goes to 120+ , while doing aerobic exercise for 10 mts it went to 170+ , after eating also it's staying in 90-105, I took multiple ecg and echo twice , in echo there is sinus arrhythmia, normal sinus rhythm , and echo is normal , please give me clarity on this if possible,please

I am having chest pain problem on and off since 6months.Also pulse rate fluctuates a lot of times.I am attaching my recent ECG report.

My mother, 48 yo, has heart beat always way above 100. 1. Whether this is a serious problem?? 2. What test should be done to find out anomalies if any? Which can be used before online consultation with cardiologist as my town doesnt have any cardiologist. Some other facts: 1. I sometimes feel she is anxious. 2. She also had allergy issues for which she use foracort SoS. Please Guide.
