Sir i have mitral stenosis , and hitus hernia .when i am sitting or bending my i feel arrithmia, skip, can hitus hernia this cause, can hitus hernia pressure on heart??

We did our father's ECO test. But in MITRAL VALVE section, there is no reading. What is meant by this.
