Chest, arm back pain. Was in 2022 march?

Sometimes I feel pain in my left side of the chest in various positions not in a single position, but most of the time the pain lasts for maximum 1 -2 minutes and it feels like a pin is hitting my chest. last 7 days I have pain in my left shoulder joint and in left arm.In March, 2022 I had done my TMT and CT Angio, very little problem findings in TMT but CT ANGIO was normal no blockage. Last 4-5 months ago I had done my ECG also and that is also normal. But I have some panic or anxiety issue related to heart. If there is any chest pain in the leftside I thought it is related to my heart.And I can't even sleep at night, I have thought that if I sleep I might have a heart attack during sleep. Is there any possibilities to major changes in CT Angio report which was in 2022 march?and what is the solution
