Hello sir today my bp reading was 135/54 I'm not feeling dizzy or having any chest pain again i checked after some time it was 141/84 is it normal please tell me I'm scared i have white coat hypertension and I'm on Amlovas m5/50

I doing intermittent fasting my first meal at 1PM after start the eating meal my heart rate rise between 105-118 .my intermittent fasting between 8PM TO 1PM ,I'm working usa shift ,every day 40 mins I worked out at 12PM ,why heart rate like that after meal ,do I have any issue with heart ?

I have been suffering from skipped beats and it gets worse for last 3-4 days. So went for 48 hours holter. It says PAC, PVC, bigeminy, Trigeminy. Report is attached. Doctor has put me on metoprolol 50 mg and coradrone 200mg but still says they are okay. But I want to know maximum beats are when I'm sleeping. Does that put me on the risk of SCD ?
