Hello doctors, may I know the diagnosis of the ECG below? Patient is on pacemaker, HTN and T2DM + He is on BP and diabetes medication along with clopidogrel and restyl for sleep. Thank you

A month ago I started getting chest pain and palpitations I immediately got an ECG done. It was normal it only mentioned Sinus Tachecardia with heart rate of 114bpm I consulted with a cardiologist and he suggested 2D echo and some blood tests. He said everything was normal it was just anxiety. Few days later I started feeling better and normal. Last week I again started getting the same symptoms along with sweating. I am pretty confused if it is anxiety or is it something serious I am 20yr old with no bad habits like drinking or smoking and I have a good diet and exercise daily.

I get clammy palms on and off. I have a problem of rapid heartbeats I take concor for that. I have chest pain left hand side yesterday so I went for emergency my ECG, Trop I and 2 D Echo were normal and I was discharged. Today I don't feel chest pain but I still feel stomach discomfort and as if I want to pass stool and also clammy hands. Is this still be a cause of cardiac issue.

Age 35/M My Tmt is negative and echo shows diastolic dysfunction grade 1.. want to know how serious is this and which type of Physical Activity or Exercise i can do?

On hypertension medication since 2yrs. Prolomet xl _25.  Restlessness for 3 days. Attached ECG seems like some abnormalities present. Please help me if I need any further evaluation

I am 35 year old male..Tmt is negative upto 7.6 mets. But Echo shows diastolic dysfunction grade 1.. Doctor said nothing to worry juts do regular exercise, but due to fear and Anxiety i m afraid for physical activity like running, long walk..also having Anxiety issues since 6 months..what should I do..

1. My BP is around 130/85 at home. But when im at stress or anxious or at hospital, the bp raises upto 160/90. Do i need to start BP medication?

Many time i have done ecg but nothing found and before 3 days tmt and echo done tmt was negative and echo shows diastolic dysfunction grade 1..Doctor said its normal nothing to worry but my mind is not in peace..always having fear of progressive of this. Is there any serious illness related to heart and why at age of 35 m suffering from this..whenever i think about this, can feel symptoms related this..i always think that my heart is weak..plzz Guide me...
