  4. Pain in arm. Afraid. please help me!

Hello sir... I AM PATIENT OF GASTRIC ISSUES DUE TO MY WEIGHT and anxiety that cause breathlessness and due to this one month before I have tested myself from echo, ecg, holter monitoring one month ago and all reports are normal,BUT Today suddenly I feel sharp pain in left arm that comes and goes and due to this I am very afraid... Please help me
