Dear sir, Sternum pain last 2 days.please check my ECG report and suggest. gas issue , all time tension.

I did a master check up for my father. The results came and the cholesterol and apo a and apo b is high. Can someone suggest what's needs to be done next? He have diabetes and taking medicines

My father had a breathing issue  four months ago. Doctors went for ECG and Echo. Based on that he was given a medication around heart. I need to confirm if my father had " Congestive Heart Failure". Can ECG or Echo reports confirm the same? I need to know it for Legal purposes.

I had ECGs and trop I in the morning but since then I am having chest pain, rapid pulse and headache while walking (not even brisk) when I take rest I feel okay. And My HR is normal. I take concor 2.5 mg. Previously I had coronary angiography 5-6 months back which was normal except myocardial bridge. Am I having angina or heart attack ? I have attached my today's ECG.

I use smartwatch. Most of the time my bp under 120-80 but from few days whenever I walk or do some simple exercises or stressed it shoot up to 141. In some time it comes back  125-70. Am I hypertensive ? Do I need to take medication for high bp ? My TMT and 2d echo test area normal. Only ecg shows some baseline abnormalities.
