Dear doctors, Could you please suggest? Which heart specific blood tests should I (age 40, 76kg) get done?, if I feel burning/heaviness in my heart sometimes? My ECG comes normal whenever I get tested, done recently. 1year back 2D ECHO and TMT was also normal. Lipid profile also normal, done 1 month back. Whether troponin, hs-crp or other related tests are required to confirm any heart issue? To avoid any slowly growing problem. Thank you for your kind suggestions, Regards.

While getting something from the pantry a huge blob oh jaggery fell with extreme force right in the middle of my chest. It was painful. After 10mins I felt breathless and I discovered there is a big swelling. I went immediately to ER they took an ecg and chest xray both were normal so they told me to go home. I have come home but still feel my chest night but the swelling is huge I am concerned. I feel tightness in chest and weird while walking or turning. I am really concerned what should I do?
