My TMT is normal 7.6 mets.. But Echo shows Grade 1 diastolic dysfunction..M worried about this..what should I do for this...

Hello Doctors Please help me with ur proper answer since I am having this problem from last 9 months ... I am totally fed up of my life becoz of this problem. I am having Chest Pain ... Left hand Shoulder and upper back pain ... I am facing this problem from last 9 months ... I don't have any bad habits ... Becoz of this issue I had undergone CT ANGIOGRAPHY which was Normal with 0 CALCIUM SCORE... but there was 1 findings in ANGIOGRAPHY that was MYOCARDIAL BRIDGING OF LAD I am bit worried about this since my symptoms are still there I am not on any medication becoz Doctors I don't have any thing ... My question is when I don't have anything then why do I have regular chest pain that radiate to left Arm and upper back ... Please help me as I am very helpless I don't understand which Dr shld I consult so that I can get resolution for my problem... It is affecting my personal as well as professional life ... I will very glad if someone really help me with proper solution

I have this frequent palpitations problem that occurs anytime of the day. If I stand do I little work and sit back it rises, if I take a bath/poop and come back sit it rises. In short with little activity it rises and falls back to normal. I had my tests done 4-5 months back like blood work, lipid profile, thyroid, echo, ecg, chest xray, which came out normal. What can be the reason for this?
