  4. Chest pain. Since 2 years why it is so?

Feeling on and off left chest pain and left hand pain when slightly stressed when applying some headache balm on the chest  I got relieved it is continuing since 2 years why it is so ? ECG ECHO report normal but elevated triglycerides,vldl level
