Suffering with anxiety ,some times high BP and done this ecg ,my doctor told me this is normal ecg ,but there is low t value showing in ecg , please anyone give clarity

Dear Sir/Madam, I am suffering from T2DM and HTN for the last 2 years. Taking metformin 1000, sitagliptin 100 and dapagliflozin 10 for diabetes and tazloc beta 50 for hypertension. Due to chest pain I undergo evaluation about 1 year ago where my ECG, TMT,2dECHO are found normal only grade 1 diastolic dysfunction. But last few days around 15 days or more when I am laying down left side or right side after a few minutes I am suffering shortness of breath for some minutes. At night when I want to try to sleep, the time when I am in next to sleeping stage suddenly shortness of breath for a second and I woke up. That's why I can't sleep all the day and night. Please tell me what should I do sir... Right now No pain in chest, no swelling in arm or feet, nothing. But when I am laying down sometimes I am suffocating and shortness of breath.

Hello sir I'm 25, male For 4-5 days ,I feel like I have to take an extra deep breath, I feel like my chest is not fully filled. Yawning everytime.  I had this problem around 1 year ago for 2-3 days and it got healed by itself.  No pain in the chest area, no record of chest problems, never had problems related to chest , last month xray is fine. No problem while sleeping, no tonsils in my neck . No smoking or drinking, Is it too bad ?? Or it will go away by itself. Please help me 🙏

Hi doctors Last December I took echo tmt which came out normal and in March I took ct angio which also came normal and for the last 6 months I took nearly 10 ecgs all normal but for the last 15 days I'm having chest pain which radiates to left side I will sleep with abdomen down yesterday while sleeping I felt a sudden pain in chest radiating to left side for some 5-10 seconds for more clarity i took another echo and tmt 10 days which also came back normal. I really scared about this today morning also while in restroom I felt the same pain which scares me a lot. Please help me in this issue.

Hi, I took full body check up in which C reactive protein reading is. 78mg/dl and as per reference range mentioned in report this falls in High risk.. I do face chest pain sometimes not very often. Could be due to work life.. Pls suggest.

I have a EF of 50% and FS of 26% as per ECHO. ECG shows sinus rhythm and right axis deviation. I dont have any issue with regular working but in a closed environment or before a meeting I have heavy breathing and feel my heart to beat fast.

I went to the dr again for my cough and pain in the upper right side of the abdomen doctor said it can be due to cardiac problem , gas problem and muscular pain so told to do ecg I did it's a sinus tachycardia it came in the ecg he said not to take tension and my pain is due to gas is it true ??? I am talking high bp medicine, thyrox 75 and tonact 5 since 2010. Recently feeling uneasy and breathing problem at night? Is it any heart related problem? What is the right treatment?
