Report of Lipid Profile
I have a good diet right now, wholegrains and good protein, no processed foods, left drinking beer since a month, still I have LDL. What could be the reason, I workout also. I have a good HDL but LDL is also their. And my careprovider suggest few meds, should I take it or can avoid by making something to diet, as I don't want to include meds in my daily routine. Please suggest, I have attached the report images.

LDL level also depends on genetic predisposition. It looks like you have hereditary problem. I suggest to take medicines
