Hello sir/mam I'm suffering from palpitations & sometimes pain in heart, and fatigue in extreme. Weight is getting loss gradually. Always feel tired. My CBC report is absolutely normal also thyroid normal, also I have done CT chest, this is also normal. I always take proper nutrition. I don't know why it happens . Eyes deepening and blacknesss around eyes. Body mass decreasing. Palpitations is 24hr.

Hi dr I am 30yrs old and I have BAV and I have a 1yr old baby and am carrying her everyday in baby bag to drop my elder one ,past two days upper chest and back of left is paining,is it related to BAV or because of baby weight?

I had done ecg,echo.ecg shows sinus tachycardia. Some are saying non specific st t changes in ecg.can I do further tests or no need.iam not using any medications now.plz reply is this serious.doctor didn't prescribe any medications. Plz reply.

My PI on oxymeter is around 1.5 to 4 is it okay ? My oxygen is coming 98 and HR around 80. Does it show weak pulse ?

Im taking corbis 2.5 and Enam 2.5 but still my bp maximum time stays 130/90... Bp is not lowering...i have done lipid profile, thyroid test,...attaching my reports...why my bp not lowering...

For last three years TMT coming mild positive in annual health checkup in same clinic.2 yrs back stress thallium is done which was ok.but again tmt is positive .this time my wife also tmt positive in health checkup.the physician conducting test says that it's mild positive without symptoms. Bp is 120/80.lipid ok.no chest pain or shortness of breathing during upstairs .should I worry or not?
