As ecg finding shows normal sinus rhythm and low T Wave(v4) is it normal Kindly guide and suggest .

Dear Doctor, While sleeping around 2am my heart rate spike to 120+ and came back to normal. I felt sense of it in all part of body. Does it is life threatening ??? Why this is happening?? Gastritis or Acidity cause it?? Pls explain in details Ecg, echo, tmt, TEE done in april 2023 normal CT scan calcium score - Zero (No angio) Ecg attached

My father is facing high BP problem in evening with sweating , sometimes with fast heartbeat. he has diabetes and high BP problem from past 15 years. He feels constipated mostly and take medicine for clearing motions. He got stent last year with 90% blockages. He takes medicines for high BP +blood thinning . Nowadays take medicine for sleep also. 3 month ago he has some infection that's after that BP was normal. But nowadays facing same High BP problem Just wanted to know the reason why BP get increase ? What could be the reason

I have mild concentric lvh i have no other bp issue i have cholestrol on higher side & so as the stress level . Is mild lvh  serious?
