Does broken heart syndrome cause immediate death of an individual? If it is so what are its symptoms?

I have both my shoulders are paining and back side also. When I bend down iget something heavy and tight on my face and I feel blocked nose and ears .for this reason today I get on my echo cardiography .iwill attach the report now can u explain me

Hello doctor I am experiencing left chest pain left arm and back pain same thing happened 6 months b4 I took 6 to 7 ecg past 2 years last year one echo it was normal what is the reason I am feeling pain like sharp in heart region it comes and goes feeling fear that it is attack or something pls help me

I suffer from skipped beats. Most of the time skipped beats happen I feel a pause and normal beat starts again but sometimes after a skipped beat my heartbeat becomes fast more than 100-110 then normalised in few seconds ? I'm very scared. Are these NSVT ?

Sir/Mam - i have been suffering from Anxiety issue for 2-3 months now, when that happens my left arm pains a bit, or its muscles feels tight. (Though my anxiety is slowly goimg down, and i dont have to take meds now) + i also have gastric pains (its mains mostly mear abdominal area) but many a times i also feel pain near my heart... i think today i woke up feeling bit anxious, and my left arm pained a bit, my heart area i think did not pained, and after waking up, i felt slight pain in jaw (just slight)... so is it due to my anxiety or.. or i do have any heart issue Sir/Mam.

1 years before done 2d echo and tmt test before 2 yrs both came out normal. Suffering from left side chest pain and left hand pain . Plz interpret my current ecg report

I have felt two or three Skipped beats in a row couplet or triplet may be followed by rapid heartbeat of 130-135 which was subsided in a minute. I previously have 3 holter in which I predominantly suffer from PACs and only one I had ventricular couplet in last 3 holter. But yesterday I felt couplet or triplet followed by rapid heartbeat and I was anxious whether it was NSVT ? After 20 mins I had my ECG. The report is attached. I take metoprolol 50 mg. The ECG report says abnormal QRS. So what I felt was PVC run?

Few days back I had mild chest pain, today I went for ECG. Report is attached. Need to know anything abnormal in the report.
