Blood pressure or not
Hi Doctors,
I have health anxiety issues, recently after c section, my bp was elevated, which increased my anxiety even more. Whenever I take BP, I get a bit anxious, and my first reading is 135/95(max) pulse (90-100) , after 2 mins of rest it comes to 100/70-76. Pulse (80-89)This is the same everytime. Do I have high bp or not? Please let me know doctors.
