Left Side chest pain
Hello Doctors, From past 2 years I am suffering from left side chest pain that comes for a second and go. And sometimes it hurts the left shoulder too. The pain often comes for a particular pinch like area. Most times the pain occurs in a particular area- that is left upper chest in a fixed area.I had done several ecg ,echo, lipid test. All are normal! I am in a constant confusion of thinking heart issue and consult doctor. Doctor says it's musculoskeletal gastric anxiety pain. Feeling chest pain regularly makes me worry more and thinking more about heart issue. Can you suggest what is the real cause and solution for that! Do i need any further test like CT ANGIO!

As you are very young, it is unlikely to be Heart pain( echo is also normal).. it may be a musculo skeleton pain and this pain should be relieved by a pain killer. If it's not responding to pain killers and you have pain on exertion lasting for minutes you can go for TMT test
