I am overweight,cholesterol levels and triglycerides were high and bp rose to 140/90. Doctor suggested Telma H after 2 months I lost 5 kgs and bo now 110/75 on an average. Is it safe to take telma H long term?

I have been measuring BP from quite some time but i want to confirm that the position in which I am measuring my BP is correct or not.
