Heart Problems & Remedies

I have health anxiety, feeling that my heart rate racing but if check in pulse oximeter it's normal , always pulse feeling while sleeping , I have done ecg and echo ,please review on it

I am having frequent skipped beats from yesterday ( getting 15-20 beats in an hour ) I don't know what they are (PVC or PAC) I have had ECG yesterday no PVC was diagnosed in that and previously in holter a month back no PVC were there but from yesterday I feel a flutter in my center chest frequently. My ECHO has always been normal ( last happened in June) and recent NT pro BNP is 50 any negative Trop I. But I feel anxious and afraid of sleeping as I feel it will kill me in Sleep. Are they this dangerous? All I am thinking of V-Fib and SCD in sleep. Apart from that I don't feel any other symptoms as of now and no rapid heart beats. I am on concor 2.5 mg. But skipped beats are pronounced.

Kindly check my ECG Report and say normal or not.. Have been suffering from often chest pain. Worried for that

Sometimes I have pulsating like feeling in leg or back or arm but I don't feel my heart racing or something. Heart rate feels like normal when I feel these sensations. It goes away within seconds. Is it related to cardiac or muscles?

If in ECG test report show T inversion L3, V3- V6 Is there any heart issue or report is normal Nd in lipid profile test report show cholesterol HDL ratio is 3.8...this is normal or should consult to doctor

Dear sir, Today i done a 2d echo , i have a doubt about ejection fraction , my ef is 78 percent in the report , I have a doubt about high ejection fraction leads to sudden cardiac arrest??? I read in the google says high ejection fraction leads to sudden cardiac arrest. Is it true?? Please check the report.

I'm 30 year old, i have done 3 to 4 time ecg , 2 echo and 1 time tmt all came normal and I don't have any problem related cardiac, but i have a doubt in my mind some ecg shows arrythmia,some shows normal rcg and some came rbbb pls suggest me on this . What step i should take further to rule out this issue
