Dear sir, Today i done a 2D echo report, at the time of exho iam so anxious due to that my heart beat is 130 and blood pressure is high. In the report Ef is 78 percent Trivial TR. Please check the attached report. What is trivial TR???

Having a tightness in the chest region for the last 2-3 hours. Feeling too restless and pain. Having little bit difficulty in taking breath also.

I went through angiography it came calcium zero No plague found but i have chest pain that come and go. Also some neck discomfort Should i go for stress echo or consult any cardio??

Sir, I am suffering from diabetes and htn for the last 2 years. I have a family history of heart failure. That's why I undergo echo 1.5 years ago And all are normal with EF 66%. Only grade 1 diastolic dysfunction. For the last 2 months when I trying to sleep, The time I fall to deep sleep at that time I feel I don't have air in my chest and I feel shortness of breath for a second and wake up. It's happened every day multiple times. That's why I can't sleep properly. Please suggest me what should I do and is that I go for echo one more time as I already done 1.5 years ago.

Test done Ecg - 20-30 + Normal Echo - 4 times (Last April 2023) - LEVF 60% TMT - 2 times (Last August 2022) - Negative both TEE (April) - Normal Holter - Normal CT calcium scan of heart (No angio) - Zero Troponin I - 10 times - Negative

Respected Sir or mam, I want to buy a smartwatch, but Im a little confused in buying that which brand is good and which brand gives u an accurate ratio of heartbeat. And ecg and cardio  bp report . many brands are available in the market, but I'm confused. Which one is perfect ? I'm a fitness freak guy. I am feeling pricking pain in the chest radiating to the back side of abdomen as well. The ECG showed sinus tachycardia and 2D Echo was normal. I am also suffering from burping and gases. Is the chest pain Cardiac or gastric?
