Asked for Male, 30 Years

I felt some vibration and slight discomfort. Did ecg, does it shows slight st changes??? Do i need to do tmt??? Past History Echo - TMT - July 2022 both normal Echo - TMT - August 2022 both normal Echo - Nov 2022 - Normal Calcium Scan of Heart - Zero - March 2023 Echo - April - Normal TEE - April - Normal Holter - 3 days - Normal Several blood test trop i bnp and ckmb normal after chest pain. I am patient of hypothyroidism. Pls let me know attached ecg show slight st changes??? Do i need to repeat tmt????
