Blood pressure is very high
Usually my blood pressure stays on the higher side(140/90), I have done ECG and ECHO and lipids , everything is normal.
I am 105 kgs and my height is 5 ft 10inches
I am trying to reduce weight so that I can get my BP controlled
I don't want to take allopathic treatment as it is a one way journey
From 3_4 days my BP is getting very high, today it goes to the highest side 160/110
Is there any possibility in Homeopathy or Ayurveda that I can get my BP controlled.
