How come cough caused by heart failure doesn't comes during daily night sleep. Rather it comes once a while during sleep at midnight making to wake up with a few burps and saliva?

My mother age 55 having clotting in her right leg below the knee. A round elevated clotting is there. It's been more than 4 years as she mentioned. Kindly suggest me with the best possible solution.

My mother age 55 is a heart patient & some blood clot in her legs I can see. It's been 4 years or more as she mentioned. There is no pain in this. Sometimes she feel itchy. Pls suggest me the best I can consult. I need proper guidance before going to any doctor as she panic alot if we switch doctors or ask to take her to any doctor. What are the test we should get done before appointment.

Dear doctors, For past 2 weeks in unable to take deep breath and also unable to complete my yawning freely..due to that getting mold diziness.. frequently getting deep breath too... i checked General doctors they said it's due to cold but I don't believe.. please help is there any thing big..? My mother is having a heart pain since yesterday and she has varicose veins in the calf muscles. She is not able to stand for very long and getting exhausted very easily. She always complains about having a fast heart beat after every meal. What could be the reason? Does varicose veins has anything to do with this?

I have severe calf pain during walking and climbing stairs with warmth for some time and no distinct redness..the pain subsides with rest...can it be dvt? How do i know if its serious or not? Its been there for quite a few mnths...

Im 28 yr old male i have bp and i take medicines for it amlodipin and nebicard 2.5 , i was having a virtigo and went to nuerologist who said i was fine after seeing my MRI gave me spinfree tabs and saw that my vitamin D test in which my level was 64nmol/L and told me to take vit d [600,000 i.u] intra muscular injection, once a month for 3 months (earlier i had taken 60,000 iu weekly for 3 months then once a month for 2 months). After taking 600,000i.u . i feel like im having fast heartbeat and have sweat all over my body. My question is it safe for my heart to take 600,000 i.u intra muscular injec. being a bp patient and also have 2mm kidney stone which doc said will come out after drinking plenty of water. As the doctor was nuerologist not a cardiologist, i told him i take bp medicines. thanks.

I am feeling discomfort even on slight activity like walking or mild exercise.there is a difficulty in breathing.but there is no chest pain.

She is having high BP from last two months. Average-150/100 Severe headache and feels heaviness around her chest always feel uncomfortable.
