Spondolytis,shoulder pain
Hi, My wife is having severe shoulder pain every morning she wakes up from bed. This has been happening for almost a year now. The pain subsides by late afternoon, but comes back again the next morning. We have changed the mattress, but it's still the same. It happens in the shoulder and also the portion just below the shoulder. She also started doing some exercise, but it's of no use. Please help.
